CORPORATE BACKGROUND

Diligence Services Group (PTY) Ltd is 51% Black Owned and culminates from a Security Company that was founded in 1987, a National Security Company with the Head Office in Johannesburg, Nasrec, and Branch Offices in Gauteng, Cape Town and Durban.

The focus is on the ability of the company to provide a specialized service in the Security Industry in addition to the Static Guarding Service by providing Threat and Vulnerability Studies, Risk and Liability Assessments and a full risk Proactive Property Management solution whereby we not only provide static guarding services, but also manage the ever-changing risk by Research and Development and thereby offering a total solution of a Living Nature. We are registered with all the relevant associations and have a BBBEE rating of level 3.

MANAGEMENT

Diligence Services Group (PTY) Ltd has experience in excess of fifteen (15) years in static guarding services, Risk & Liability as well as Threat & Vulnerability consultancy, Special Event Management and Full Risk Management.

The Board of Directors and Senior Management have a track record in excess of 97 years in Security, Security Technology and Service Provision. An open management style allows for senior management to be available 24 hours a day.

Participative Management enhances client satisfaction through availability, adaptability and value for money. A Top Management Team at Regional and Area levels is the key to affective control. A modern Control Room manned by qualified staff, use state of the art communications equipment to monitor all vehicles and officers around the clock on a national basis.

The structure of our company is based on local ownership and the experience, capability, integrity, competence and reliability of our Senior Management.

EMPLOYMENT EQUITY

Diligence Services Group (PTY) Ltd has established an Equity Consultative Committee Constitution giving effect to the process of consultation in implementing the Equity Plan. The committee is representative of all stakeholders such as trade unions, designated groups, workplace forum, non-designated groups, people with disabilities and levels of management.
